These terms apply to your use of this site (docuconsist.com) and the checker tool.
1. Service description
DocuConsist provides document-consistency checks and freight audits: a deterministic rule engine compares your documents and raises "suspected mismatch" hints. We are no false alarms, explainable; every hint traces back to the exact field and rule.
2. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and must not share your account. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to process the related documents.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or abuse the API.
4. Disclaimer
What the tool gives you is advice to verify, not legal, tax or trade professional advice. We never render a verdict such as "you were overcharged $X" (our C1 trust red line); the final call is yours. We are not liable beyond what applicable law permits for consequences of decisions made on the tool's output.
5. Billing & refunds
The service is currently in a free trial phase. Paid features and prices follow the purchase page. Invoices are not provided at this time (contact support@docuconsist.com if you need a reimbursement document). Virtual goods are non-refundable once used, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
Site content and software belong to DocuConsist; you retain ownership of the documents you upload.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time; we may also suspend the service if terms are violated.
